Built on a lot of 40 feet by 55 feet the housing project consists in 4 apartments each organized on 2 floors. The main challenge consisted in providing every unit a sense of spaciousness and luminosity. The rear facade is thus composed of generous windows. In addition the 2 lower units (1415 pi2) have a double height living room open onto a sunken garden oriented south. On the other hand, both units above (1415 pi2) benefit of a generous terrace overlooking the city. The street facade is composed in a manner to offer each apartment a sense of uniqueness. For instance, the lower units are identified by a double height window composition, where as a projecting window marks the upper units.
